The first 48 hours 

 

Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours after the treatment unless your therapist has used Superbonder then the adhesive is completely waterproof within 2 hours!

Do not steam your lashes for 48 hours! This includes hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, streaming facials.
 

Avoid the use of oil-based eye products at these products will loosen the bond causing the lashes to come off.

​

Do not pull or rub your extensions. This can cause your natural lashes to fall out prematurely and cause both breakage and permanent damage to the hair follicle. 

​

Clean your lashes regularly using a lash shampoo to avoid getting an eye infection. 

​

Avoid oily products near the eye area. if you use eye moisturiser, apply in the morning.

​

Do not sleep with your face directly in the pillow. Please note that whichever side you sleep on, you will experience more lash loss. 

​

Do not worry when you lose an extension. Each extension will fall out with its natural lash during its normal growth cycle. Anywhere between 2-5 lashes per day is considered normal.

​

Do not cust, perm or tint your eyelash extensions.

 

Do not use eyelash curlers as they will break the glue bond.

 

Do not rub your eyes, or pick and pull at the extensions.

​

Do not use mascara - especially not waterproof mascara.

​

Do not use waterproof mascara or liquid eyeliner.

Remember to brush your extensions, but not when wet. Gently pat dry with a cloth/towel. For brushing, we recommend a FL TRAVEL MASCARA BRUSH, which comes in a closed hygienic casing.

Wash your extensions twice a day as advised by your lash artist - in the morning and in the evening. it’s highly recommended to use FL LASH & BROW SPA CLEANSER together with the soft FL EYELASH CLEANSING BRUSH for an optimal result.

 

If you exercise, wash your extensions straight after a gym session.

Visit your lash artist regularly for infills - every two to three weeks.

Avoid liquid eyeliner. if you do require an eyeliner, we recommend the FLAWLESS EYELINER, developed to be used with fash extensions.

​

Avoid getting your extensions exposed to strong heat - like an oven or a lighter flame.

 

To extend the live of your lashes, please schedule infills every 2-3 weeks.
